Orthopaedic Specialists will submit your claim to your insurance company. You will be responsible for any co-payments, coinsurance, and/or deductible obligations due. If you have an HMO and do not have a referral (paper or electronic), you will be required to sign a referral waiver form and you will be responsible for the full charge for your care.
